Just a good pick for a day tour in Bath with value for money. The mattress was awful, really uncomfortable made it hard to sleep. Make sure to check for quieter rooms if you're sensitive to noise.

The Francis Hotel Bath offered fine period features and elegant décor. I appreciated the accessibility of the common areas, made moving around easy, especially for seniors like myself.
Breakfast variety could be improved for seniors' tastes.

The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Especially the dinner included in the price was great.
I consider the price for the hotel's own parking spaces to be completely overpriced (almost 20 pounds, in our case for one night). In general, finding a parking space when staying at the Francis Hotel is almost impossible.
